Free design themes
Sometimes fancy design is unnecessary or can be postponed. In this case you can use one of free design themes.
Every design theme can be further modified but changing header and footer of the website. There are two free headers: "business" and "personal". (Or you may create unique header and footer for your website on the control page.)
In the table each row corresponds to a different (free) design theme, and columns represent different headers:

Replace background images background.jpeg and section.jpeg (used by "slogan" section if any) with better pictures if needed.
