Cancelling the service

Cancel anytime

If you do not need our hosting service any more, erase your account to stop monthly payments.

1. Log in to profile.leanws.com
2. Click account (website) ID to update.
3. Click "configure" on the newly opened web page.
4. Click "erase account" at the very bottom.
5. Check your email for the confirmation link (valid for 2 hours).
6. Click the link.

Warning: this will erase all files related to your website, backups included.

Security notes

• Keep your email account safe: whoever has access to your email account can reset your password and erase your account.
• Backup (zip) archives are available at the same "configure this wiki account" page. Save your backups regularly – they will facilitate the recovery.
• If you received an email with the confirmation link but did not request to erase your account, someone else might have gained access to your account. Reset your password and do not forget to log out from public terminals.
